In 2008, Rebecca realized her desire to focus her business background in a personalized direction to serve individuals, families and small to mid-size companies. This is what led to the founding of Type A Financial, a comprehensive financial services firm providing clients individualized guidance throughout every phase of their financial journey. Her specialties are portfolio management, retirement, college and estate planning strategies. For each of the last five years, Rebecca has been recognized in the Portland Monthly as a 5 Star Professional Wealth Manager and the Wall Street Journal in 2021.

On the importance of a balanced life, Rebecca has been blessed with a wonderful husband of over 30 years and three amazing children. She believes their support makes her a better advisor. When she’s not advising clients, Rebecca spends her spare time volunteering in the local community and spending time at the beautiful Oregon Coast. She feels fortunate to have found a career that brings her fulfillment by allowing her to have a positive impact on people.
